The "Nook" is a cozy, furnished year round one bedroom apartment at Higgins
Beach, Scarborough, Maine, just a two minute walk to the very
beautiful silver-sand beach. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a
futon sleeper. The sitting room has a comfortable love seat , color
TV with DVD and basic cable. The Kitchen/Dining area has bead
board and hardwood. Perfect for quiet singles, couples, or small
families. No smoking or pets allowed.
