Vacation Rental Description

Sanibel is a breath-taking tropical island paradise and our deluxe  
one-bedroom condo is the perfect way to enjoy paradise! Our condo  
rents by the week, Sat to Sat. From July 20 thru October we also  
rent by the day-4 day minimum. Call or email for less than full week  
rates. 
 
Our condo is one of the nicest 1 BR vacation condos at the beachfront Sundial West Resort on  
charming Sanibel Island. Sleeps 1 to 4 people.  
 
Walk the beach and enjoy shelling or enjoy our view of the Gulf and the grounds from the lanai! Our  
spacious lanai is set up with a ceiling fan, table and four chairs for dining or for just relaxing  
with your morning coffee while planning your day. The condo is fully furnished. Two TV's, DVD,  
stereo, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella are included. The kitchen has everything you  
need and all linens are provided.  
It is located on the 2nd floor with access by stairwell nearby and elevator. It has a queen size bed  
and queen size sleeper sofa that make this comfortable condo perfect for a small family, a group of  
friends or a romantic getaway for 2! Our beautiful Unit I207 has been recently updated. There is a  
laundry unit in the building nearby on the same floor for your convenience. Bike rental companies  
will deliver bikes direct to the condo for your enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sundial West is right on the beach and offers a large heated Gulf front pool with sun-bathing areas,  
lounge chairs and umbrellas. 
For the golfer...there are two 18 hole championship courses nearby on the island with over 40  
available accross causeway  
to test your skills! The nearest is Beachview Country Club--see picture below--which is only two  
blocks away! 
There are miles of scenic bike trails on Sanibel and bike rental companies will deliver bikes to  
your condo and pick them up when you leave!

Activities and Attractions

Walking miles of world famous beaches (build your own sandcastle), shelling, biking the 23 miles of  
trails on the island, golfing, fishing, tennis, boat rentals, kayaking (we have lots of fun doing  
this), shopping, the theatre, sunrise and sunset watching, and enjoying wildlife viewing at the Ding  
Darling National Wildlife Reserve on the island.
