This one-bedroom condo is designed as a romantic get-away for two. Yet with a sleeper sofa that converts into a queen bed, this beach condo can comfortably sleep a family of four. There is everything you need to prepare all your meals at the condo, including an outdoor charcoal grill. The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and dishwasher....and we have two cable TV's, a stereo, a DVD player and free WIFI! The sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico are your backyard at our luxury condo and you have a view of the Gulf!

Our fully equipped condo with everything you need including free WIFI and a screened lanai is one of the nicest 1 BR vacation condos at the beachfront Sundial West Resort on charming Sanibel Island. It is only steps from the beach and you have a view of the Gulf! Sleeps 1 to 4 people. Just bring toothbrush!
Walk the beach and enjoy shelling or enjoy our view of the Gulf and
the grounds from the lanai! Our spacious lanai is set up with a
ceiling fan, table and four chairs for dining or for just relaxing
with your morning coffee while planning your day. The condo is fully
furnished. Two TV's, DVD, free WIFI, stereo, beach chairs, and beach
umbrella are included. The kitchen has everything you
need and all linens are provided.

It is located on the 2nd floor with access by stairwell nearby and elevator. The beach condo has a queen size bed in the bedroom area and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area that can be closed off from the bedroom with a partition. This beach condo is perfect for a small family, a group of friends, snowbirds or a romantic getaway for 2! Our beautiful Unit I207 has been recently updated. There is a fully equipped kitchen, screened lanai, and beach chairs and an umbrella. A laundry unit is in the building nearby on the same floor for your convenience.

Sundial West is right on the beach and offers a large free heated Gulf
front pool with sun-bathing areas,lounge chairs and umbrellas.
For the golfer...there are two 18 hole championship courses nearby on
the island with over 40 available across the causeway
to test your skills! The nearest is Beachview Golf Club--see
picture below--which is only two blocks away!

Walking miles of world famous beaches (build your own sandcastle),
shelling, beachcombing, biking the 23 miles of scenic trails on the island (bike rental companies will deliver bikes to your condo and pick them up when you leave!), golfing, surf and deep sea fishing, tennis, boat rentals, kayaking (you can rent kayaks on the Island and we have lots of fun doing this), shopping, the theatre, sunrise and sunset watching, and enjoying wildlife viewing and birding at the Ding Darling National Wildlife Reserve on the island. Plus the Everglades National Park is a short day-trip away!
