Our gulf view condo, I207, at Sundial has a nice view of the water and resort grounds from the lanai.  In a recent review by U.S. News and World Report ranking the eight best beaches in Florida, Sanibel shined as the #1 spot! It is also among the top 10 beaches in the world for shelling! So enjoy the best Florida beach and stay in our condo, located close to the Gulf of Mexico beach. It is also just short stroll to the (free) pool (shown in the photo's).  To make your vacation easier beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and beach towels have even supplied and we absorb the cleaning fee.

The view is great from our screened in lanai.  We've decorated this beach condo in light tones, and our open concept offers a sense of "roominess", with style and comfort.  There is a  fully equipped modern kitchen. We also have a washer / dryer available right down the hall.  Custom folding panel doors separate the lounge/dining area from the sleeping area with a queen size bed (shown in the photos) for privacy.

Our Convenient 2nd floor location is just steps to the beach and pool! It is our piece of "heaven on earth" where you can listen to the relaxing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, lightly breaking waves, seagulls, and gentle breezes. The screened lanai is just a step through the sliding glass doors, and it is set up for relaxing and dining. Strolling miles of Island beach, just steps away, is a delight in itself and something you will never be tired of. The views are breathtaking and unforgettable. Plus the shelling, "beautiful gifts from the sea" just steps from your door, is fantastic on Sanibel. Sanibel is rated among the top 5 beaches in the world for shelling and 60% of the Island is set aside as a wildlilfe refuge!
