community is Quail Creek, located in the town of Sahuarita
contiguous with Green Valley. Quail Creek is a gated golf course
resort community with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In addition
to the golf course, it features a swimming pool, a lap pool, tennis
courts, and fitness center. The home was built in 2005 and has the
feel of a brand new house. You can’t go wrong with this one!

The house is 2200 square feet, the popular “Montana” model with an
open and airy floor plan. Floor coverings are quality carpet and
tile, with plenty of other interior upgrades. The property is
beautifully landscaped with natural Arizona Sonoran desert
plantings. The back yard features a spa, covered patio, and
Mexican block hardscape. Of course,the house has the practical
features you would expect – a washer and dryer, a two-car garage,

There’s plenty to do within the Quail Creek community – golf,

community, southeast Arizona offers an array of attractions. There

Valley area. Madera Canyon is a wonderful site for hiking, renowned
for its great bird watching opportunities. Tubac is an artist
colony about 30 minutes south with dozens of art galleries and shops
to visit in an attractive setting. Arizona wine county is located
about an hour away in the Arizona grasslands with five wineries open
for tastings. And of course, Tucson is only about 30 minutes north.
Green Valley is less than an hour from the Mexican border for those
who wish to venture south.
