Casa Juliana, Private Ocean View Villa, Playa Junquillal in Guanacaste

Casa Juliana is a private luxury villa that sleeps 8-10 people and is located on an acre of lush, tropical gardens overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The four bedrooms are spacious and airy. Equipped with 3½ bathrooms, the villa can easily accommodate 2 families. From the second floor terrace to the stone barbeque gas grill, the house is architecturally beautiful, crafted from local stone and pechote trees.

Master suite: Second floor, loft-style bedroom with king-sized bed
and panoramic views of the ocean, a newly renovated, full bathroom,
a large sitting area with a futon that converts to a double bed,
private terrace with ocean and mountain views, hammock, comfortable
porch furniture.

Bedroom 2: private bedroom with a queen bed, separate entrance and a
newly renovated, full bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4: two bedrooms joined by a large, newly renovated,
full bathroom. Each bedroom has two twin beds, easily pushed
together for a couple, and view of the gardens.

Kitchen/dining room: Newly renovated kitchen is equipped with
cooking utensils, tableware for 8-10 people, gas stove,
refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining area has a breakfast
bar with 4 bar stools. A newly renovated powder room is located off
of the dining area on first floor.

Terrace: The large covered, stone patio has a magnificent bar
for informal breakfasts and lunches or for a rejuvinating cocktail at
the end of the day. A large table that seats 8 is located on the
terrace for dining "al fresco". A unique, round barbeque grill,
covered with the typical Costa Rican "rancho" with wooden stools for
visitors to sit and oversee the chef is located just off of the
patio.

Pool: A beautiful 30 sq. meter swimming pool stretching to the ocean
is located directly off the 1st floor terrace.
The property also includes parking for up to 4 cars and a newly
installed basketball court/hoop.

High Season: December 1st through April 30th

Christmas Week: December 23 through December 30 2009

Low Season: May 1st through November 30th

Payment:
Rental rates are based on an occupancy of 8 people or less. A
$25/night surcharge will be applied for each additional person over
3 years of age. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Groups of high
school/college students are prohibited.
Payments can be made through bank-to-bank wire transfer.
50% of the rental price is due upon booking
50% (balance) of rental price is due at least 60 DAYS prior to first
date of occupancy.
$500 security deposit is due at time of final payment. Security
deposit will be refunded after inspection of villa and contents is
complete.
$30 cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival date: 50% of
initial payment will be refunded
Cancellations made 60 days or less: Payment will be refunded only if
property is rented to another party
