Vacation Rental Description

It has over 17000 square feet of clean, raked, natural sand. The 
lake is “0” entry level on the property, there are no docks no rocks 
and its perfect for small children. 

The water is shallow and has a sandy bottom. Many people put their 
beach chairs in the lake on hot summer days, or watch their children 
play from the large 1200 square foot terrace lakeside. Restaurants, 
local markets, and attractions are within a few blocks. 

The road on which 'The Lucky Duck' sits is a one-way, local traffic, 
kid friendly road. There are three deep-water marinas within walking 
distance. 

Sylvan beach is the Jewel of the intercostals waterway joining the 
New York Harbor to The St Lawrence River. Sylvan beach is on the 
East side of Oneida lake and enjoys the most spectacular sunsets and 
wide open sky’s. 

This Luxury Beach Home is newly built, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 
fully furnished, spacious chalet style house located on the 
beautiful Sylvan Beach. It features a Floor to ceiling gas fireplace 
in large vaulted living room with home theatre surround sound 52 
inch TV. 

Music piped onto 1200 foot patio area overlooking 
the beach. Soak up the sun on the sandy lake front beach. 

Newly applianced kitchen with seperate laundry room. Front of this 
all season home facing lake has french doors and floor to ceiling 
windows.

Minimum age accepted to rent the property is 25 years old

What Are Your Policies Regarding Payment?

We require half payment due at reservation & the remainder due one 
month before arrival. Payments are non refundable.

What Is Your Check-In Time?
Check In Time Is Saturday at 4pm. Check Out Time is the following 
Saturday at 10am.

No More than 10 guests, No WILD Parties!! Parking for 4 Cars ONLY, NO 
RV'S. Telephone, Towels & Linens Are Not Included.  You must bring 
your own beach towels, bath towels and linens

Activities and Attractions

Walk the sandy beach down to the popular "midway" where rides and   
games are located. The Marina is walking distance along the beach.
There is a Boat launch area near the house.

Enjoy the Turning Stone Casino amenities- famous nightly 
entertainment, 4 golf courses,luxurious spas, and a world reknown 
casino- all just 10 miles away/  Don't forget to place your bets on 
the horses and Visit Vernon Downs race track which has daily harness 
racing at its best.  

Walk the beach and grab a hot dog and fries, fresh fish, clams etc. 
at Crazy Clams or Harpoon Eddies, and many other beach area 
restaurants such as Captain John's famous seafood and steakhouse
Enjoy upscal dining, food and entertainment,all within walking 
distance.

Car racing enthusiasts will enjoy the Utica Rome Speedway-12 miles 
away.

History buffs could visit Fort Stanwix in Rome 12-13 miles.

Baseball lovers should see the Baseball Hallof Fame in Cooperstown, 
NY,75 miles away.

Country Western Bands play in Public Park area which is walking 
distance and Carousel Shopping Mall is 30 miles away
Sylvan Beach is located in Central NY, accesible to Syracuse, Utica 
and Rome.

Vacation Rental Rates

'Luxury Beach House with whirlpool, fire place and spectacular 
Oneida Lake views.' Home is newly built and will fit two families 
comfortably, however owner will not allow more than eight people in 
the home, over eight people will be an additional charge. 
no smoking. no pets.

Rates:

$3,750 per week, week of July 4th is $4750
--$500 refundable security deposit
--$150 departure/cleaning fee
