Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for a home away from home with easy beach and river/boat access?  Look no further!  
Our low density condo is beautifully furnished and located at the southern end of New Smyrna Beach 
on the Indian River with a short walk (~700 feet) to the beach.  

This two-story unit has elevator access to the primary living area on the second level and direct 
access to the lower level through a private, one car garage.  The condo also offers a downstairs 
living area with a queen-sized Murphy bed, efficiency kitchen/dining area and full bathroom.  The 
upstairs primary living area includes a fully equiped kitchen, dining area (for 6-8 people), 
living room, sunroom, two bedrooms and two full baths.  The master has a queen-sized bed with views 
of the pool area and the guest bedroom has twin beds with a river view.  The large, fully equipped 
kitchen has all necessities and a river view.  There is a large, partially covered deck and outdoor 
sitting area overlooking the river/lagoon on the second level.
