Vacation Rental Description

Furnished 1/2 duplex, that can be rented together for a large  
family or group. It is located on a 200ft wide Canal able to  
accoodate up to a 50ft boat. Membership to Cabana Club included which  
has jacuzzi, olympic size pool, bar restaurant, fishing pier, white  
sandy ocean beach and many extras. The Club is just in walking  
distance. The unit is approximately 20 feet from a par 3 nine hole  
golf course.   This is a perfect site for a couple or a family to  
enjoy, have fun or just relax.  Some of the best restaurants in the  
Keys are located nearby in walking distance.  Boats, jetskiis,  
fishing charters, dive boats, snorkeling, parasailing are all  
activities in walking distance and easily available for renting.

Table shared by other half of Duplex,Pool and Hot Tub at Cabana  
Club.  NO SMOKING and No pets Please.

Weekly Rates are from Saturday to Saturday, Check in 4PM, Checkout by  
11AM. 
$1075-$1175 In Season plus tax(11.5%) December 15-April 30 
$850 weekly plus tax off season 
Late Aug, Sept early Dec Discount $650 wk. 
$750 for Oct-Nov (except Thanksgiving) 
Premium weeks $950-$1450 Presidents Wk, Easter,Christmas,New Years, 
Lobster mini and open season,Thanksgiving,Memorial Dayand July 4 
2 couple rate just $100 additinonal, Multiple week and repeat renter  
discounts.
