Children's room has 2 twin beds but adults could sleep if need be. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and
bedroom 3 is in it's own studio and sleeps 2. There is also a full futon in the living area that
could easily sleep 2 more adults or 3 children. Plenty of space and flexibility.There is limited
space for clothing. Relax and have a great time! Total square footage is 850+.

This will take the 'personal' out of the cottage and let you feel more like it's yours for the time

This property is a stones throw from 26th Ave. Beach and Pleasure Point, a very popular surf spot.
It is 3 miles from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Amusement Park and the famous Santa Cruz Wharf.
Head south 2 miles and you will be in the quaint Capitola Village, home of diners, specialty shops
and art and wine. Also the location for the annual Begonia Festival in late August of each year. The
next freeway exit off the coast highway will bring you to a major shopping mall where you can pick
up any groceries and incidentals, or browse the clothing and specialty shops. Ample gas stations as
well as local eateries and small family owned businesses. All roads point to the Monterey Bay. You
can view Moss Landing and Monterey on a clear night, from the cliffs off East Cliff Drive. There's
always something to do and somewhere to go. The weather is some of the best in California. Downtown
Santa Cruz Pacific Garden Mall has live entertainment as well as 3 movie theaters to catch a current
show.
Summer Jun 20, 2009 - August 29th, 2009 $ 1,750 per week. Weekly bookings only, Saturday P.M. to
Saturday A.M.. We are more than happy to rent for 2+ weeks at a time. NO DISCOUNTS.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is
specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
$500.00 damage deposit required at booking. Refunded upon exit inspection.
$175.00 Santa Cruz rental tax required. E.g. With weekly rental of $1750.00 (10%)
$175.00 cleaning deposit is not refundable.
$500.00 damage deposit due @ booking and refundable upon exit inspection (done Saturdays)
All rentals are Saturday P.M. to Saturday A.M. No exceptions. Less days pay full weeks fee.
Full rental amount of 1750.00 for the week, plus all deposits and fees due at booking. Payments may
be made with BANK CERTIFIED CHECK or CHECK DRAWN ON WASHINGTON MUTUAL ONLY, paid in advance.
Cancellations will forfeit tax, cleaning and damage deposits as well as the rental fee (100%) so be
sure before you book.
Check-in is 3 P.M.
Check-out is by 11:00 A.M.
