Vacation Rental Description

Our 3-year old condominium is professionally decorated and in  
immaculate condition.  This end-unit has 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2  
baths.  It is an easy-enter first-floor unit with a large, screened- 
in lanai that lets the sunshine pour in. Also it has a beautiful  
view of the golf course. 
 
The pool and hot tub are just steps away. 
 
Spring Run at the Brooks is an elegant gated golf community.  It is  
conveniently located in Bonita Springs just east of Highway 41 and  
is ideally located only 15-20 minutes from the beaches, Ft. Myers  
Airport and Naples.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condominium has all the amneities of home.  It features a modern  
kithen with eat-in area.  The dining room seats 6 as does the lanai. 
 
A 32" TV with cable and DVD player are hosued in a brand new  
armoire. The master suite which looks out on the golf course has a  
king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom. High-speed  
wireless connection is provided. 
 
The guest bedroom at the opposite end of the unit has twin beds and  
a spacious walk-in closet.  The den has a sleeper sofa and desk.

Activities and Attractions

Spring Run Country Club is a welcoming golf course community with a  
beautiful, recently expanded clubhouse.  It has formal and casual  
dining with very good food.  It also offers tennis.  The Brooks  
features miles of biking and walking trails and is conveniently  
located just minutes from restaurants and great shopping including  
the Miramar Outlet Stores.
