Kick back and absorb the captivating island atmosphere of our
tropical home. Relax poolside as the palms sway in the warm breeze,
while taking in the tantalizing aromas of fresh fish or lobster on
the grill.
For the avid fisherman we are located on one of the finest and widest
canals available, with quick access to the Atlantic, and minutes from
the Gulf of Mexico. We have 110-foot of deep-water, lighted, concrete
dockage, with a filet station and storage for all of your boating
needs. There is also a full-size indoor freezer and a separate
exterior bait freezer. Lobster can be seen right off the dock and the
swimming is exceptional!
There is ample off-street parking, with sufficient space for an RV
camper up to 40 feet and or a boat trailer. We are within one-half
mile of the nearest boat ramp which will facilitate a fairly large
boat, within a mile of the nearest bait shop, boat repair shop, and
just a few miles to the nearest boat supply shop.
