The Beach House is on a Barrier Island, across the street from
Indialantic Beach, and is surrounded by tropical gardens with
blooming hibiscus, bird of paradise, frangi pani, and a variety of
palm trees. Our guests have loved the personal touches, luxurious
furnishings, and especially the cleanliness. Beach House Paradise has
the ambiance of a Bed and Breakfast, with the privacy of a personal

Beach House Paradise is a spacious, tropical, three bedroom (1King,
2 Queen) two and one-half bath townhome just a few steps from
Indialantic Beach.
From the Beach House you can walk to Indialantic beach, numerous
restaurants, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, shopping, church, tennis,
gyms,and more. The Beach House is your tropical oasis with all the
activities you may want a few feet away. All you need are your
clothes and toothbrush.
All over the country, becoming a licensed rental is essential to
guaranteeing a reservation, as many municipalities, including Brevard,
are assessing large fines and penalties to those that are not licensed
and the municipalities are closing down those that are not licensed,
meaning that you could arrive and find your rental is closed.
Beach House Paradise is licensed by both the State of Florida and
Brevard County. Please be sure to ask vacation rental owners if they
are licensed as this will ensure that your vacation plans are not ruined.

Reservations:
$350.00 deposit for weekly rates & nightly rates- which is applied to
your total balance - payable by
Visa, MC, American Express, or Discover
Balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival for
refund.
No refunds for early departures, except in the event of a hurricane.
In the event of a hurricane a refund of deposit or any unused nights
will be given.
