vacation rental description
This is a beautiful East Side home. It is a richly appointed three
bedroom, 2 ½ bath home.
There is also a single bedroom ground floor apartment in the same
house.
It is a short walk to downtown or the Flat Track. It is a block
from East Ave. It is about two miles from the Saratoga Performing Arts
Center (SPAC) for ballet. Non-smokers only, but will consider a
pet (small dog or cat).

Enjoy the privacy of the deck surrounded by perennial gardens. The
home has central air, cable TV, high speed internet access, off-
street parking. It is very bright and sunny.
activities and attractions in Saratoga Springs Central New York
Saratoga has thoroughbred horse racing from late July through Labor
Day. There is Ballet at SPAC before the horse racing in July.
There
are ongoing events at Skidmore College and in Saratoga as well.
There is skiing and other activities nearby in the Adirondacks.

Contact me for Meet rates. The weekly rates are from $2200 (off-
season) to $3500(Travers Week). The house is available all year-
round. I will also rent for weekends.
I also have a ground floor one-bedroom apartment. It has it's own
entrance with off-street parking. The Flat Track Meet rate is
$4000. Other rates are per night from $90 per night.
