apartment is located on a quiet street, in the owner's residence. A
private courtyard with a coquina stone entryway is a lush, tropical
getaway. Get ready to throw the mornings catch on the grill and mix a
pitcher of "rita's".

Fishing on the Sebastian River, Sky Diving, Golf and only 15 minutes
to the beach that is known for the best surfing on the east coast -
Sebastian Inlet.
Furnished in a bright "Shabby Chic Beach" style, you enter the double
French doors from the courtyard into the main living area. The
kitchen includes: stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
coffee maker and all utensils, pots and pans. Color TV with cable in
the main living area. Hi Speed internet access in main living area and
bedroom. Loads of closet space in the hallway and bedroom. Private
bedroom has a Queen sized mattress, desk, chest of drawers and French
door looking out on the courtyard. There are ceiling fans in both rooms.
