This waterfront 3 bedroom,2 bathroom,2 car garage home has  
everything you need for the perfect vacation!  The privacy of your  
own home with all of the amentities.  The new pebble tec pool and  
hot tub is surrounded by pavers,with a patio area where you can  
spend your mornings relaxing looking out over the intercoastal  
waters.  Watch the dolphins play, right from the backyard.  There is  
a boat dock, so you can bring your own boat with you or rent one  
nearby.  It is a few minutes boat ride to John's Pass Village,  
offering West Florida"s widest selection of seafood restaurants,  
boat and jet ski rentals,parasailing,fishing charters, dolphin  
watching trips, a floating casino, renowned art galleries and more  
than 100 gift and specialty shops, with a nautical theme.  Then, of  
course, are the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. 
The house has been totally remodeled and newly furnished.  The  
kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, withall new  
cabinets.  It is light and bright, with plenty of windows to let the  
Florida sunshine in. The 3 bedrooms have queen beds and there are 2  
queen sleeper sofas in the living room.  Each bedroom has it's own
