Castel Del Mare Condominium Community in Sarasota

The unit is one bedroom, one bath condominium approx. 866 sq ft.of living space. It is located in a building on the second floor at the Castel Del Mare Condominium Community in Sarasota, Florida.

The Community is directly over-looking the beautiful Sarasota inter-coastal waterway. The Condo is within a very short walking distance to fine dining, shopping, and to the fabulous Crescent and Siesta Key Beaches. Just over the Stickney Point Bridge. This fully-equipped condo can accomodate up to 4 people. The Unit is tastefully furnished and decorated for your comfort.

The condo is fully furnished with new Tommy Bahama's furnishing in the living room and dining area, and a new KINCAID king size bed in the bedroom, A new renovated kitchen has just been completed.  In living room and bedroom a  new  37" flat panel Sony TV, Central Heat and Air, Free cable and . Internet is free of charge(call owner to activate). Fire alarm, microwave, dishwasher, Carbage disposal, refrigerator, electric stove, Ice Maker, Iron, vacuum Cleaners, cleaning equipment, coffee maker, cooking utensils, clean dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, clean Bedsheets, linens and towels and beach accessories to include chairs, ambrellas etc.

There is one assigned parking and ample guest space. Washer & dryer is a community shared clean facility.

This is AN ABSOLUTE NO SMOKING UNIT. PETS, such as dogs, cats, birds or Alligators of any kind ARE NOT ALLOWED PER CONDOMINIUM RULES. Unfortunately, no boats or RV's or motor bikes of any kind are permitted on the property. Bikes are allowed and parked at a designated areas around the community at owner's risk.

The area and the Condominium community offers friendly people, fine dining within short walking distance, Two swimming pools, Tennis, Shuffle Board, Fine Museums, Art Galleries, Biking, Scooter Rentals, Fishing, Shopping, Movie Theaters, Bowling, Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water Skiing, Parasailing, and A VERY BEAUTIFUL SUNSET.

December 2012 through April 2013 rental is $2800 per Month.  This rate includes internet and cable access.  As required by the Condo Association, a one time- non-refundable $75.00 application fee and $70.00 cleaning fee is required, along with a lease agreement to cover the duration of the stay.

A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required immediately upon making the reservations.  All rental payments are due 90 days prior to moving in. No exceptions. Condo keys will be mailed 30 days prior to moving. If rental payment is not received 90 days prior to moving-in, the $300.00 deposit will be forfeited to the owner.No exception. NO PARTIAL RENTAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED. If renter cancelled during the 90 day period, rental proceed will not be refunded. No exception.

Cancelling a reservation must be made  90 days prior to the move. NO EXCEPTIONS. All utilities, will be paid by owner.Annual  Rental payments due on the 1st of every month. A grace period of 5 days are given. Thereafter, a $50.00 penalty will be assessed for every day late. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Annual lease is $1,100.00/month to include all utilities, except cable and internet. A one month$1,100.00 rental deposit is required.
