Journey End on the Beach is a newer condominium replacing the
original Journey's End destroyed by Hurricane Dennis on 7-10-2005.
This beautiful condominium is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
The beach is directly below your balcony. You can't get any closer to the beach. The condo is just to the east of Tops'l State Park. A beautiful natural park situated on 5
miles of pristine beaches.
Journey's End is approximately 7 miles east of Destin,
Florida, and approximately 20 miles west of Panama City Beach,
Florida.
It is approximately 4 miles east of Sandestin, Florida and
approximately 5 miles west of Seaside, Florida in the Dune-
Allen/Santa Rosa Beach area on County Highway 30-A.
The condominium has covered parking and an elevator.

The condo is only 3 years old. It is fully equiped 2 bedroom, 2 bath diretly on
the Golf of Mexico.
It is the west end unit with a spacious balcony
and a wonderful view of the gorgeous sunsets.
The Master Bath has a 6 foot tub/shower.
Complimentary Cabana Beach chairs, umbrella and the daily paper
are provided.
Wireless high speed Internet service provided.

We don't know of many Gulf-front condos as close to the beach as
Journey's End.
You are within 15 minutes to all the fun activities
and fine restaurants that the Destin, Sandestin and Seaside area offer.

Winter 2011: Nov 1 to Jan 1, $750.00/week, $150.00/day, 3 day minimum.
Winter 2012: Jan 1 to March 3, $750.00/week, $150.00/day. 3 day minimum.
Spring 2012: March 3 to May 19, $1,200.00/weel, $225.00/day. 3 day minimum.
Summer 2012: May 19 to August 11. weekly only.
Fall 2012: Aug 11 to Nov 1, $1.200.00/week, $225.00/day. 3 day minimum.
Winter 2012: Nov 1 to Jan 3, $750.00/week, $150.00/day. 3 day minimum.
Please add an 11.5% Sales Tax to the rates quoted.
The quoted rates plus the 11.5% sales tax is the absolute total cost of the rental.
