Vacation Rental Description

Journey End on the Beach is a brand new condominium replacing the 
original Journey's End.  This beautiful condominum is 
located directly on the Gulf of 
Mexico.  The beach is directly below your balcony.  The condo is just to the east of Tops'l State 
Park.  
A beautiful natural park situated on 5 miles of pristine beaches.   
Journey's End is approximately 9 miles east of Destin, 
Florida, and approximately 20 miles west of Panama City Beach, 
Florida. It is approimately 5 miles east of Sandestin, Florida and  
approximatey 5 miles west of Seaside, Florida in the Dune-
Allen/Santa Rosa Beach area on County highway 30-A.  We recently added wireless broadband Internet 
service.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is a brand new, fully equiped 2 bedroom, 2 bath diretly on 
the Golf of Mexico.  It is the west end unit with a spacious balcony 
and a wonderful view of the Gulf and Beach.  

The Master Bath has a 6 foot Whirlpool tub/shower.

Comlimentary Cabana Beach chairs, umbrella and the daily paper 
provided.

Wireless high speed Internet provided.

Activities and Attractions

We don't know of many Gulf-front condos as close to the beach as Journey's End.  You are within 15 
minute to all the fun activities and fine 
restaurants that the Destin, Sandestin and Seaside area offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring: 2008 March 1 to May 24, $1,100.00/week, $225.00/day,
Spring Break 2008: March 1 to April 19, $1,100.00/week, $225.00/day, 
             3-day minimum.
Summer: 2008 May 24 to August 9, $1,400.00/week, weekly only.
Fall:   2008 August 9 to November 1, $1,100.00/week, $225.00/day
             3-day minimum.
Winter: 2008 November 1 to January 1, 2009, $650.00/week,
             $150/day, 3-day minimum.
Winter: 2009 January 1 to March 1, 2009, $750.00/week,
             $150.00/day, 3 day minimum.
Deposit/damage deposits:

Spring:2008: $400.00
Summer 2008: $500.00
Fall   2008: $400.00
Winter 2008: $300.00
Winter 2009: $400.00

The deposit/damage deposit is due with in 7 days of booking the condo.

Check-in:  4:00 P.M. All times Central.
Chect-out: 10:00A.M.
