This is a Beautiful 2 story custom built home. Built in 2006, this
loft home sits above the garage so unfortunately,it is not handicap
friendly.The home is 2400 square feet and the garage below is 1800
square feet fully equiped with a multi-dog kennel and full bathroom
with shower.The garage also has Tv and DVD surround system.
The washer and dryer are also in the garage along with
storage and the RO and soft water systems. The Master bedroom is 700
square feet with a 60 square foot walk in shower (3 shower heads!).
The Master also has his and her seperate closets. A 32 inch LCD flat
screen TV hangs above the french doors and the room comes with a
King size bed.The other two bedrooms have one king and one queen
bed,respectively,Each room comes equiped with a flat screen Tv's and
Dvd players,there are two queens size air mattresses as well.The
living room and kitchen consist of one big Great Room.The kitchen
has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A 50"
plasma TV is in living room for your enjoyment along with
DVD,surround sound and Dish network (with movie channels)There is also Wifi internet and unlimited
local calling.The upstairs has a wrap-around 8 foot balcony with stairs that lead to
the back yard.This house has the best view in town!Fireworks
anyone?! Being that this is a 2 story home,renters will be
responsable for any damages and/or injurys that may
occur. By renting this home, renters agree to do so by contract.

This house is fully equiped with everything you need, just like your
own home. It has a beautiful pool and fire pit (non-gas),RV parking
on side with ceptic dump and 220 volt plug ,completely walled
around the perimeter of the house,great for dogs!
