Three Charming Creekside Cottages at the edge of a mountain meadow in the heart of Robert Redford's celebrated Sundance Resort.  Crystal streams, wildflower laced meadows, stands of golden Aspen and Rust red Maples mixed with green batallions of Spruce and Pine.  Here in the shadow of Mount Timpanogos, you will find Utah's perfect setting,  set apart and private, yet not remote.  Adjacent parking and only a two minute Level walk to the Sundance Village, Owl Bar, Sundance Film Screening Theater and Award Winning Restaurants.  Timpcreek is private enclave within the Sundance base area worthy of its setting. One, Two and Three bedroom Post and Beam cottages, each with its own personality and charm and each with two baths, a double sized jetted spa tub for two, fully equipped country kitchens, and private laundry facilities.  The cozy three bedroom log cabin, with its massive beams and wood burning stone fireplace is a window to the world when life was simple.  Yet, you will find all the modern conveniences, including HD Satellite Premium channel TV and wireless internet.  To complete the romance, your master Suite has its own ambiance fireplace, a TV to watch in bed, and French doors opening to a balcony overlooking North Fork creek.

For one bedroom, two persons most times of the year $129/night-$149/night.
Rates for holiday Period (Dec 18 - Jan 4) are based upon number of persons and length of stay... please call for availability and let us know number of guests and if children, gender and age.  Combined Timpcreek units and the Three bedroom cabin are ideally suited for family holiday togetherness - One bedroom with Queen, One bedroom with Two Twins, One ancillary bedoom with two twins, plus large loft with two Twins and 4 futons for the little people.

Ski Season Rates for two persons (Jan 5-Mar 30), $139/night - $169/night, two 
night minimum .  Rates slightly higher during President's week, in general they are lower for stays in excess of 3 days.
