await your stay. Perfect for a family who loves small town living and
going to the beach.

Enjoy a Fully Equipped High End Kitchen, Dacor Microwave and Gas
Cooktop, Dishwasher, Sub Zero Refrigerator Cooking Utensils,
Travertine bathrooms, marble fireplace, plantation shutters - a
professionally decorated condo. Two Cable TVs, DVD/CD Player,
Linens, Washer, Dryer, 2 covered car spaces, Built-in Grill (BBQ).
Air conditioning. Approx, 1400 sq ft. NO SMOKING.

Two Swimming Pools and Excercise center on the Bay. It is a new and
beautiful Community Center just minutes from the condo.

Coronado is a year round outdoor paradise. You will love the islands
ambiance and recreational choices. The beach is but blocks away
from

2008 Offseason Rates: $3,500/month, call for weekly exceptions

$2,000.00 Security Deposit Due Upon Booking.
$100.00 is automatically deducted for cleaning the unit.
