Vacation Rental Description

This fully furnished single family home is located between two holes  
of the Greenfield Lakes golf course, and offers views from the back  
deck of the San Tan mountains. A peaceful getaway from the hustle  
and bustle of the city, with easy access to everywhere you want to  
go. Located close to 60 and 202, this 2000 square foot home is  
within 10 minutes of a great shopping complex, gourmet grocery,  
restaurants and night life, and only 10 minutes from Sunsplash water  
park. Each bedroom is furnished with it's own  
TV, or you can join your friends and family in the great room  
enjoying a new 61 inch screen. We offer high speed internet service  
as well.

Activities and Attractions

Greenfield Lakes is a public executive course (par 60) with the  
yardage ranging up to 6,031 from the blue tee box. Open year round,  
the course is easily walkable and has slope ratings of 91 from the  
blue tees, 86 from the white tees, and 78 from the red tees.  
Designed by Ray Pacioni and built in 1997, the 18-hole course  
features an in-house golf pro and varying tee boxes to challenge  
every golfer. Although the layout of the course is relatively flat  
and open, four lakes are included to increase the difficulty of the  
course. Both the greens and fairways have Bermuda grass.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (January - April)  $145 per day, $900 per week, $2995  
per month, as well as $95 one time cleaning fee. 
 
Low Season (May - September) $95 per day, $550 per week, $1595 per  
month, as well as $95 one time cleaning fee. 
 
Mid Season (October - December) $125 per day, $750 per week, $2395  
per month, as well as $95 one time cleaning fee.
