Vacation Rental Rates

* $2100.00 - $3000.00 per week, $8,000.00 per month. 
* January through March - $2200.00 per week 
     April - $2100.00 per week 
     May through August - $2300.00 per week 
     September through December (excluding Holidays) - $2100.00 per week 
* Week long rental periods preferred; limited to Sunday to Sunday rental periods. 
* Minimum stays considered (two night minimum stay):  
     Sunday through Thursday - $350.00 per night 
     Friday and Saturday - $450.00 per night 
* Cleaning and Security deposits commensurate with length of stay.
