pans. 
Air conditioning, Cable TV, DVD player, and ceiling fans.

Activities and Attractions

If you like to walk or bike, there is the 10 mile Venetian Waterway  
Park, and Venice Beach is within a couple of minutes walk where you  
can enjoy beautiful evening sunsets and walks on the beach every  
day.   
If you prefer to have activities, choose from the long list below,  
Dining, shopping, scuba diving, snorkeling, boat rentals,  
parasailing, golf, biking, walking, fishing, beach walking,  
swimming, shelling, shark tooth hunting, boating, chartered fishing  
trips, tennis, shuffleboard.  If you drive a mere 20 minutes,  
Sarasota has plenty to offer as well. Disney World, Sea World and  
Busch Gardens, are within a 1-2 hours drive.

Monthly bookings only 
 
In Season (Dec-April): 
2 months or less - $2100 ea month 
3 month booking - $1900 ea month 
4 month booking - $1850 ea month 
5 month booking - $1700 ea month 
 
Off Season (May-Nov):  $1100 each month 
 
plus 10% Florida Sales Tax for short term rentals 
 
Rental Fee includes utilities and cable
