Our fabulous duplex is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida. We are located on Hickory Blvd., directly across the street from the beach - less than a minute to our private deeded beach access. Have fun walking the beach and shelling or relax on the beach and watch the dolphins play! There is a private boat dock behind the duplex which is great for fishing or boating!
We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples,
approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport. For those
of you familar with the area, we are approximately one mile north
of “Doc’s Beach House”.
Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and roof
deck. Each unit is tastefully decorated and has a spacious
living/dining room with a queen-size sofa bed, Cable TV with three
TV's, Wireless High Speed Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen
with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave,
washer/dryer and one car garage.
