mattress) on this site.

The duplex is in a quiet neighborhood location at MM 95 on the bay side in S Key Largo/Tavernier 
with quick easy access to US1. Has central air, tile floors and fans in every room. All the rooms 
are large clean and bright. The house have a very open feeling. There is a complete kitchen with a 
Microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee pot, all utensils and pots & pans, a large pantry lost of 
cabinet space. There is a full bathroom with a tub. Also a washer an dryer in the large lundry room.
All linens are supplied. There is a 32" TV with expanded cable in the living room. The master 
bedroom has a king size bed. There is a double in the second bedroom and a sleeper in the living 
room. We also keep an extra mattress in case you have more people. This is a new rental and we are 
still adding more things to make it as tropical and homey as possible. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The owners of the house are offering a day or more of free hookah diving or snorkeling if you rent 
for a week or more. Weather permitting. Hookah diving is the same as tank diving. But with surface 
supplied air to a dive regulator. The rig we use has 4 150' air lines to put 4 divers down at a 
time. No certification needed. We have taught people that didn't know how to swim to dive. Its very 
easy and an experence you will never forget.

There is a large OCEANSIDE park with 2 baseball fields, a boat ramp, basketball court, outside 
showers, a swimming area, kids play area, BBQ grills and picnic tables and one of the only sandy 
beaches in the upper Fl Keys. Spend a beautiful sunny day at the beach and only 5 minutes drive back 
to your apartment.

We also offer a canoe and a great canoeing area next to the park.

We are close to the main land but yet far enough away to be in the Keys without having to drive for 
hours to get here. 70 Min from Miami airport 90 miles from Key West

We have a large lot near the park with parking for a large boat trailer

Vacation Rental Rates

The apartment is 125.00 a night, 750.00 a week. Monthly rate is 2250.00
We need 30% deposit to reserve the apartment. We like to have 3 nights minimum stay. 
If staying only one night there will be a 25.00 cleaning fee. We accept Paypal, Cash, Money Orders & 
Cashiers Check. Sorry we do not take personal checks
