Vacation Rental Description

All one bedroom villas include: coffeemakers with coffee service,
microwaves, hairdryers, all linens and personal products and daily
housekeeping for stays of 6 days or less.  The one bedroom villas also
offer two full beds, private entrance, screened in porch, private bath
with tub, mini-fridge, wet bar and sleeps 2.

Our spacious two bedroom golf villas can be rented as a whole unit or
divided into a separate guest room and a one bedroom villa for those
requiring less space. All villas include: private laundry facility for
each two bedroom villa, iron and ironing boards, coffeemakers with
coffee service, microwaves, hairdryers, all linens, daily housekeeping
for stays of 6 days or less. Each guest room offers two full beds,
private entrance, screened in porch, private bath with tub,
mini-fridge, wet bar, and sleeps 2. 
                                                                     
         
All town house accommodations include: washer and dryer, iron and
ironing board, coffeemakers with coffee service, microwaves,
hairdryers, all linens and daily housekeeping for stays of 6 days or
less. Each of the town homes offers a variety of floor plans from
single level to split-level. While the floor plans and bedding may
vary, each town home offers a king bed in the master bedroom,
whirlpool tub and shower in each master bath, two and ½ baths, living
room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, screened in porch and
attached garage (one or two car)

Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

After a round of golf, relax poolside; the villa is conveniently
located near the heated pool.

Each Florida golf villa offers unlimited local and long distance,
cable TV with remote and DVD player.

Washer and Dryer included at no extra charge (shared between the two 
units)

Activities and Attractions

PGA Golf Club - PGA Village has 2 Tom Fazio courses and a Pete Dye
Course.  Each course offers a different set of challenges for golfers
of all skill levels. Golf course 3 minute walk from villa.

PGA Learning Center - The PGA Learning Center is 35-acre Golf Park
which has one of the largest and most advanced practice facilities in
the world.  They provide instruction for golfers of all skill  levels.
PGA learning center is a short 3 minute walk from villa.

Palm Beach International Airport is about 60 minutes south.  Miami is
2 hours south and Orlando is 2 hours north.

Beaches and fishing on Hutchinson Island is about a 35 minute ride.  
Activities and Attractions

There are several restaurants, supermarkets, shops, a movie theater,
and Tradition Field Stadium (Home of the NY Mets Spring Training!)
within 2 miles from the villa.
PGA Village is 7 miles from the center of Port St. Lucie which is
adjacent to Hutchinson Beach Island, shopping, Intra-coastal view
restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. This is a complete and
beautiful resort vacation experience.

11.5% state and local taxes not included in above rates.  No sales 
Tax for rentals over 6 months.  10% discount for rentals over 6 
Months.  Rates are subject to change until rental agreement/lease 
has been signed.  

Refundable security deposit of $300 due at time of reservation. 
Security deposit will be refunded upon 
inspection of property after departure unless there are damages to 
Villa or loss of contents. 

No refunds given for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.  
Cancellations must be done in writing.  No refunds for early 
departure.
