• Beautiful Property located on Upper Upper Silver Lake which is a 5 acre non-motorized lake. Spectacular views of Upper Upper Silver Lake and Upper Silver Lake.
• Lake access to Upper Silver Lake which is a large all sports lake.
• Sleeps 6 people in home, Camper on site that sleeps additional 4-5 people. While we are capable of sleeping 10 people we only have one bathroom.  The camper is available for additional sleeping only and is not suitable for a 2nd family.  I recommend using the camper for overflow only
• Located 1.5 miles from Dune Entrance and 1/2 mile from Golf Course.
• Very clean. Newly renovated including new flooring, paint, countertops, & plumbing fixtures.

• June 1st to June 15th $800.00 
• June 15th to June 29th $1000.00

• September 8th through Mid October $525.00

RATES - Shorter weeks = discounted pricing

• August 24th to August 30th $935.00*
• August 30th to September 2nd $600.00*

*Cleaning fee waived for shorter weeks 

RATES - NIGHTLY

• Nightly rates available in May & September ONLY (Holiday weekend rates are more) - Email for inquiries. $200.00 per night for first 2 nights & 2 night minium.  Each additional night at $100.00 per night or until you reach weekly rental fee
• $300.00 deposit required to reserve, balance due within 30 days of
  stay. Credit Card required for security deposit. 

$75.00 Cleaning Fee required for all weekly rentals.  Cleaning fee included in nightly rentals. 

Pets

$75.00 per reservation per dog

Maximum 2 dogs (must be kennelled while not home)
