side of the house features a fabulous view of Lake Travis. The balcony on the lake side is a
beautiful shaded place to enjoy the view. Downstairs offers a two-level deck equipped with outdoor
furniture and gas grill.

A boat launch is conveniently located just a few yards away. Grand View is equipped with a boat
dock – so bring your boat along!

The closest place to eat is Lakeway Market & Deli. Catering for any number of people. This is a
must - great food! One + mile from house - 2114 Lakeway Blvd (corner of Lakeway Blvd & Lohman's
Crossing).
