Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and the main historical towns of Tuscany 
(San Gimignano, Cortona, Pienza, etc).

Beautifully tiled floors, fireplaces, antique furnishings, arched 
doorways, gracious suites, porcelain and stone bathrooms, vaulted 
ceilings, balconies and shuttered windows with views of the 
surrounding hills punctuate the spaces. Every room recalls the past 
yet is made comfortable by modern conveniences. Guests will feel very 
much at home here.

Enjoy the tradition of Tuscan Cooking! Our local cook Gabriella will 
teach to cook typical Tuscan dishes with all fresh ingredients. You 
will prepare dishes such as handmade pasta (Ravioli, Lasagne, 
Tagliatelle), Florentine steak (Bistecca alla Fiorentina), dessert 
(Tiramisu, Marmalade Crostata). Discover the secret of preparing dough 
with just the right combination of ingredients for a real Italian 
pizza! Chianti Wine will be chosen to compliment the meal.

The Valley is picturesque; Londa, a characteristic rural village... an 
ideal place to begin your tour. Wineries you will visit:

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are per week from Saturday to Saturday. From off season USD 3000 
up to USD 7700 high season. 
 
Rental rates includes: 
Water, gas, electricity, change of bed linen weekly, towels, tea 
towels, final cleaning 
 
Rentals ratex exclude: 
Central heating - based on consumption (~ $ 2.50 per cu. mt), winter $ 
60 / $ 90 per day 
 
Telephone - based on usage 0.15 Euro per click 
 
Refundable Security deposit - 800 Euro payable at the Villa by credit 
card or travel cheque 
 
Check in: 4pm-7pm Check-out: 10am
