Bright, happy, immaculate top floor (3rd floor) ocean villa 60 yards
to the beach, the oceanside pool and oceanside snack restaurant
and bar. From your balcony you are overlooking the sea marshes
and looking out into the ocean on an angle.
You have two televisions, a big flat screen tv in the living room and another tv in the bedroom.
Totally equipped with everything you need -- just bring your
beach stuff, your tennis racquets and your golf clubs! Owners live
on the island and maintain their villa assuring you of cleanliness.
Villa is inspected by owner before every guest arrival.
The gated, 56-acre Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is
the #1 family oriented oceanfront complex on the Island as rated by
Forbes Magazine! It is located mid island between Port Royal
Plantation and Palmetto Dunes.
The Resort is on 56 acres of beachfront with 10 tennis
courts, 24 hour security and security guard gate, onsite convention
center with entertainment, two onsite restaurants, sports tavern, the
largest pool on the island, oceanside with separate kiddie pool and
second resort pool. There is an oceanside tiki style restaurant and
bar, great for lunch, drinks in your bathing suits. There is a
