2 bathrooms  (main - tub/shower & ensuite with shower) 
All linens & towels supplied  (Bring your own BEACH towels) 
 
Water View; shade in backyard with lovely trees, very private 
 
Lots of parking; Long private driveway 
 
1 minute walk to beach on level ground 
(easy to run back from the beach if you forget that one item) 
No Steep Climbs Anywhere . . . Easy Holiday Not a Workout!

July & August   $2200 per week  (Saturday to Saturday)   
 
Sept 5 -June 20/2009  $1200 per week 
 
VISA,  MasterCard, American Express or Cash 
 
All prices are in Canadian Funds and subject to change, but not after your confirmed booking.  
50% booking fee is required to hold booking and balance to be paid 30 days prior to arriving. 
 
Damage deposit required $300 on visa/mc will refund within 1 week from departure.
