Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Cottages is located on the most desirable part of Okaloosa
Island...close enough to the restaurants, bars, and shopping; but 
away from the noise and traffic. The Master features a king-size bed 
and private balcony overlooking the central courtyard and pool. 
There is a built-in bunk area nestled discreetly in the hallway that 
sleeps 2 and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that easily 
sleeps 2 more. The open floor plan affords plenty of room to spread 
out and relax while taking-in the beauty of the sugary white sand 
beaches only 50 steps away! The balcony off the living area is the 
perfect spot to watch the waves crash or forget about all your 
cares. With no busy street to cross to reach the beach, private 
parking and deeded beach access help relieve any beach-going 
obstacles.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning 
products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra linens, pillows, and beach towels. I even provide a 
few board games, beach toys, books and movies.

Vacation Rental Amenities

If you decide to take a break from all the fabulous food the Florida
Panhandle has to offer, there is a fully functional kitchen available
at your fingertips. A washer and dryer are also in your unit for your
convenience, as well as televisions and VCRs. Aside from the gulf
views off your 2nd floor balcony, you are just steps from the private
beach walk-over leading to our famous emerald green waters and even
closer to our private pool if you had your fill of sand.

Pack N Play available

Cleaning Supplies provided for you. Paper towels, toilet paper, Multi-purpose cleaner, laundry 
detergent, etc. Plenty of nice linens and pillows.

Activities and Attractions

If you can pull yourself away from the beaches, you will find 
yourself in the midst of some of the best fishing in the world. With 
all that fresh seafood, it's no surprise that we boast some of the 
most awarded restaurants around! If shopping is your weakness, you 
are only minutes away from the Silver Sands outlet mall, as well as 
Destin Commons. Okaloose Island is home to the famous Boardwalk and 
Gulfarium and even has its own golf course! Champion rated courses 
abound just a little way up the road, and wonderful shops and 
eateries are nestled in between almost every palm tree! We look
