and deck with hot tub. Fireplaces in Master Bedroom and Library.  
Large, private yard, BBQ grill.  Close to all that summer in the  
Berkshires has to offer - Museums, Theatre Festivals, Tanglewood,  
Jacob's Pillow Dance, 2 lakes in town for fishing, boating, swimming,  
great restaurants, hiking the Appalachian Trail or Mount Greylock,  
kayacking down the Housatonic River.  And don't forget winter skiing, ice  
fishing and snowmobiling!  Three ski areas are within half an hour drive.   
You'll want to come back again and again to enjoy the comforts of our historic  
"Maplehurst".

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rate is $1,200.00 plus a $75.00 cleaning fee. 
$1,000.00 deposit required to hold reservation. 
$500.00 damage deposit is required which is fully refundable provided  
there is no damage. 
Canellation Policy:   
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days or more  
prior to arrival date. 
$150.00 cancellation fee if between 29 - 14 days prior to arrival. 
Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to  
arrival.
