Our beautiful 3 bedroom beach house was named Lupine Cottage after the small purple Lupine flowers
found naturally thorughout the South Walton Beach area. The cottage is in a highly preferred
location within Cassine Village that is absolutely wonderful for a vacation. It has all the beauty
and amenities of Seaside but at considerable $$ savings. The beaches in this area, rated "Americas's
Most Beautiful," are fabulous! Bordered by high sand dunes, the beach is wide with sugar white sand,
and the warm water is emerald green. Cassine Village is a community of cottages located less than a
mile down the beach from the architecturally acclaimed community of Seaside in Seagrove Beach. A
family favorite for years, Cassine has been the nature lovers place to get away from it all, yet
still be close to night life, entertainment and beach.

Cassine has 2 pools, tennis courts, fishing lake, fitness trails, picnic area and beach accesses.
Cassine is adjacent to Point Washington State Forest and bike trails, not to mention the recently
finished bike path that runs the length of Scenic Hwy 30A. The area restaurants are some of the best
in the state and great shopping can be found throughout the Beaches of South Walton. Decorated in
light, bright colors with a beach cottage theme, the house is beautifully furnished. A Plantation
theme throughout the villages provides a wonderful sense of southern charm. Lupine Cottage is a
special house that you will simply fall in love with. The Kitchen is fully equipped, and the Dining
area has seating for 10. The main and second bedrooms include queen beds while the third bedroom has
4 bunks. The Family room sofa pulls out to provide additional space when needed. In addition to all
the modern convieniences guests would be accustomed to at home and the many amenities offered by
Cassine Village, Lupine Cottage comes equiped with several beach bicycles and a barbecue grill.

Safe, off road trails and sidewalks (perfect for walking, jogging, rollerblading, and biking) provide
easy access to the many wonderful nearby recreational areas. Grayton Beach (4 miles), Grayton Beach
State Park (2.5 miles), Point Washington State Forest (1.5 miles), Deer Lake State Park (3.5 miles)
and Camp Creek Golf Club (4 miles) are just minutes away. The architecturally famous town of Seaside
is just 0.8 mile away; you'll love its many colorful homes, small shops, and restaurants. Throughout
the year, you can enjoy the many scheduled free events that Seaside has to offer. Early risers can
enjoy spectacular sunrises wide open space at the beach. Better yet, change the routine - sleep in,
open the French doors, and listen to the birds outside. After a late breakfast, build sandcastles,
swim and play with the kids, or take a walk on the beach down to Seaside. Enjoy lunch outside on the
picnic table in the woods, or take a nap in our hammock and chairs on the covered porch area. You
won't want to miss the fabulous sunsets either!
