Vacation Rental Description

   Our Mountain condo has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and is located in 
Silverthorne, Summit County, Colorado in the Wildernest area. It is 
near Brechenridge, Keystone, Arapohoe Basin, and Copper Mountain Ski 
areas. It is also only 28 miles from Vail Resort. While skiing is 
some of the best in the United States, summer activities are 
outstanding. You can enjoy biking, hiking the beautiful mountains, 
fishing in the streams, golfing at over 9000 feet, and listening to 
free concerts in several venues. There is ample time to enjoy the 
cool summer atmosphere until the snow comes.
   The condo has a beautiful view of Keystone ski slopes, Lake 
Dillon, and the 10 mile Gore Range from the balcony deck. The unit is
professionally decorated. The living room has a queen sofa and love 
seat to accomodate 6 adults. As the gas fireplace adds to the 
ambience of the living room, a matching chair and ottoman by the bay 
window makes for a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of skiing or 
hiking. The dining room table has 6 chairs and 2 wrought iron bar 
stools compliment the kitchen counter. In keeping with the mountain 
atmosphere, an antler chandelier is mounted over the dining room 
table.
   Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has 2 
twin beds to accomodate six adults or four adults and 2 kids. A 
computer is located in the twin bedroom with Internet access 
available.  

   We now have high speed wireless internet provided in the condo 
for your use and enjoyment. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gas fireplace, 2 TV's, VCR, Microwave, DVD, Dishwasher, Washer and 
Dryer,Full Kitchen, Cappuccino machine, Covered parking, Clubhouse 
with hot tubs, Linens provided, and Deck with a great view. Small 
gas barbeque grill located on the porch.

There are no pets allowed and no smoking.

Downhill and Cross Country skiing, Hiking, Biking, Horseback riding, 
Golf, Fishing, Tennis, Hunting, Wildlife, nearby Shoppping, White 
water rafting, and Mountain biking.

Summer and Winter Rates May Thru April

Apr 02 -  Dec 22              $140 per night    $800 per week
Dec 23 -  Jan 02              $250 per night    $1500 per week 
Jan 03 -  Feb 15              $140 per night    $800 per week
Feb 16 -  Apr 01              $180 per night    $1100 per week
 
Cleaning fees included and rates are subject to change without 
notice.
Monthly rates available upon request September 1 thru November 30
A minium of three ( 3 ) nights required. If less than three nights, 
then you must pay the cleaning fee.
