Elderado in Del Rio

This lake house is 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the boat
ramp. It has 3 bedrooms with a full bath in the master (shower and tub) and full bath in the guest
room. There is a 1/2 bath in the living room. The master has a king size bed and a futon. One
guest room has a full size bed. The other guest room has 2 twin beds. The living room
has a futon and a full size couches.

It has a nicely landscaped front yard.

It has a wonderful deck with an outdoor cook area by the pool. It
is perfect for 2 couples with 4-6 kids. It also works good for 8
fisherman to share the weekend @ $168.75 per person or $56.25 per
night.
It has the best view and sunset on the lake.

Security Gates, Outdoor cook area by the pool. It is completely
furnished with all linens and cooking untinsels. There is not a
better view or sunset on the entrie lake.

Fishing guides can pick you up in front of the house.

The best fishing in the world. Water skiing, Jet skiing, scuba
diving, Indian caves, Mexico tours, Deer hunting, Dove hunting,
Quail hunting, most exotic hunting. Oh yea, did I mention the best
view on the lake.

The house rents for $450.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.

During the winter months, November, December, January and February there are specials available for
a couple.
