bathrooms for up to 16 people! 
 
This Beautiful Townhome with three seperate bedrooms and three full 
baths all on seperate floors is very unique and a rare find in South  
Mission Beach.  
 
Enjoy the Sea World Fireworks everynight from the patios. 
 
Great location at 807 Cohasset Ct. in beautiful South Mission  
Beach. This unique 3 story townhome is very family friendly has 3 
spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is only 4 houses from the 
bay (50yards) and 7 houses to the beach (100 yards). Large Patio and 
small grass yard with furniture and BBQ for relaxing  
and enjoying the San Diego weather.  
 
3 blocks south of the famous Beach Comber and Pennant Bars. 
 
2 Car Tandem garage may not fit a large vehicle but there is always 
plenty of parking at either the North or South lots (5 min walk).

Policies: 
. Payment Options:  
    -Personal/Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order. 
    -Credit Card through Paypal (add 2.9% for transaction fees) 
. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during PEAK Summer Season 
        (mid-June thru last week in September) 
        Rest of the year is a three night minimum. 
. Check-in after 3:00pm.         Check-out by 10:00am. 
. A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates. 
. Security deposit of $500 is refundable shortly after departure if  
  key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition. 
. Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance  
  will be sent after receipt of final payment. 
. Rates include maid service on departure.

Activities and Attractions

Minutes from the airport and downtown. Mission Beach is the ideal 
recreation area; surrounded by Mission bay Park on one side and the 
beautiful Pacific Ocean on the other, both with incredible white sand 
beaches. Miles of paved boardwalk that winds around the whole area, 
perfect for walking, biking, jogging, rollerblading etc. Sea World  
and the Zoo are only minutes away and Legoland is just 30 minutes  
north. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby and Belmont Park  
with it's famous roller coaster and other rides are a few blocks  
away. There are childrens playgrounds at both ends of the bay for  
everyones enjoyment. Enjoy the nightly seaworld fireworks on the bay  
from the patio.

7 Night Minimum 
Summer: 2 or more consecutive weeks, receives a 5% discount. 
June 1st-June 21st - $2250/wk  Sat-Sat 
June 21st-Aug 23rd- $3000/wk  Sat-Sat 
Aug 24th-Sept 6th- $2250/wk  Sat-Sat 
 
Fall,Winter & Spring: 
Mid Sept-Early June - $300/nt or $1800/wk (3nt min) 
 
Holiday: $350/night or $2000/wk 
 
***Fall/Winter/Spring : Special monthly rates available.*** 
 
The rent and tax are due 30 days prior to arrival.
