The Building is located directly on the beach. Johns Pass is a short
walk down the beach. There you can go shopping, eat dinner, lunch or
breakfast, rent Jet Ski's, parasailing, deep sea fishing charters,
sunset cruises, dolphin watching charters or maybe try your luck on
the casino cruise ship. There are several golf courses in the area,
museums, aquariums, grocery storess, pharmacy's, Fine restaurants,
churches, cinemas, banks, marinas. Located between St.Pete Beach and
Clearwater Beach there is always something to do. The beach trolly
stop is locted on the street in front of the building. You can ride
the Trolley all day .

Cleaning fee $85  Sales Tax 12%

10% discount for a months rental. Ask about 3 night rental, multiple
family's.

A deposit of $250.00 is required for confirmation.
This will be applied towards your rent. Full payment is required 6
weeks before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Will refund deposit if cancellation is
received 60 days prior to your arrival. No cancellations for
in-climate weather.
