Lap of Luxury was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better view from our 9th floor balcony. It is located right above the double pools and hottub, which my teenagers thoroughly enjoyed! We ate, visited, and some even slept while watching dolphins and sting rays swim in the surf.

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. The master bath is to die for. I couldn't get my 14 yr old out of the tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a little breakfast nook for two that overlooks the sound. There is a queen bed in the master suite, a double bed and a daybed in the other bedroom and a comfortable couch, a chase lounge, and a recliner in the den. There is even a roll-a-way in the HUGE master closet!

I was impressed with the security codes for every entrance and the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who loves the ocean.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

This was the best condo I have ever rented. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony had plenty of room to sit and eat, and the outside furniture was upscale and comfortable - no plastic chairs here! The large living space was enjoyable for watching television at night. The security was a plus, too. I felt safe knowing codes were required for gate entry at the street and pool/beach area, as well as at night for the elevators.

Dining options were within walking distance from the condo and the view was wonderful. It did not feel like we were nine stories up yet we were high enough to avoid potential pool noise during the day. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends and I hope to return very soon.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway
