A charming and comfortable cottage, ideally suited for three people, located on a very quiet Santa
Barbara Lower Riviera street. A pleasant one mile walk to
picturesque downtown and all that it offers. French doors welcome you to the spacious deck where you will spend
much of your time dining or lounging on the two chaise lounges and
hammock on the sun drenched private patio enjoying the flowers and
the song birds.
Just two miles to the magnificent beach and the delightful walk along the shoreline that frames this beautiful harbor.
Only a short stroll to superb but tiny ethnic restaurants,
cafes, and bistros - many of them world renowned.

Weber BBQ Casa Alisos is ideally suited for three people but can accomadate 5. There is an additional charge for groups of 4 -5.
The cottage has a spacious master bedroom with a Ca King size
bed, a tiny second bedroom that SLEEPS ONE, and two full bathrooms.
The living room/dining room has a comfy, European style, queen size platform sofa bed (no metal bars!) to accomadate two more guests.

Santa Barbara is similar in climate to the Mediterranean areas of
Italy and France - absolutely delightful year round. The small city
offers everything; historic buildings, famous and infamous
restaurants, lovely botanical gardens and a fun zoo. There are many
scenic trails, drives and walks. The harbor offers sailing,
kayaking, whale watching, deep sea fishing as well as pier and shore
fishing. One can go horse back riding on the beach, swim, golf on
various courses and play tennis nearby. Enjoy the exciting game of
polo and horse shows in addition to other sporting events.
Santa Barbara abounds with an array of art and cultural events to
entertain you whether it is theatre, music, ballet or the symphony.
Art galleries and art museums abound. Meet the artists at weekly
open house art walks.
Fabulous food and flowers surround you whether at the twice weekly
farmers market, buying fresh sea food directly from the boats or
dining at five star restaurants. Your palette and senses will be
constantly stimulated and satisfied.
Casa Alisos is a cozy place to base out of whether you are exploring
all that Santa Barbara has to offer or venturing further. L.A. is
just 90 miles south. Take the train to L.A. for the day from Santa
Barbara's historic railroad station.
vacation rental rates
Oct - April: $225 per night (3 night minimum), $1,400 per week, $4,200 per month ($28 days).
May - Sep: $250 per night (3 night minimum), $1,500 per week, $4,900 per month (28 days)
12 percent city tax for all rents under 31 days. (31 days or more = tax free) $25 per night rate increase for parties larger than three.
$100.00 cleaning fee.
$400.00 damage deposit refundable within two weeks of check-out.
$400.00 deposit paid through PayPal will hold your booking.
