day bed), while providing a very comfortable living space with
its large, open living room and dining room (table seats 8), and a
huge, fully equipped gourmet kitchen (granite counter tops and seats
7 at bar. Only a short walk (5 to 7 minutes) to one of the world's
most beautiful beaches and short bike ride or walk to the world
renown seaside community.

House features a grill, outside shower (H&C water) with side entry
to laundry room (washer & dryer). Outside screened in wrap around
porch features a table for 4-6, 4 comfortable lounge chairs, swinger
loveseat, kids picnic table, and ceiling fans.

A very large master bedroom (bathroom with jacuzzi tub & shower)
with access to wrap around porch. The second floor features a second
master suite (full bath with private screened in porch with tile
flooring, chairs and ceiling fan). A second bedroom with full bath
is on the second floor as well (perfect for kids with 2 bunk beds).
The tower room offers a TV/VCR, ceiling fan, queen size day bed,
built in speakers, a beautiful covered porch with ceiling fan and
lots of fun, breezes and views!!

All rooms have color cable TVs (except the bunk room). Lots of
games, books, and videos. Parking for 3 cars. This is a no-smoking
house.
