Vacation Rental Description

This house is located in the fabulous Golf Community of Estrella Mountain Ranch.  Please Google this 
community and see what it has to offer.  

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.   There is a Gas fireplace in the living room/great room.  
Split floor plan with the Master bedroom off the back of the house and the other two bedroom on the 
other side of the living room.  The master bedroom has a walk in closet. The bathroom is beautiful 
with some floral art around the mirrors.  It has a garden tub and separate shower.  

The 2nd bathroom has a tub. There are ceiling fans throughout house.  

The kitchen is an eat in type with flat top stove.  Refrigerator and washer and dryer are provided.  
There are large ceramic tiles in kitchen  and down the hallways.  Vinyl floor coverings in the 
bathrooms.  The rest of the house has a light rose color carpet.  

 The back yard has lots of trees with desert landscaping.  There is an "in ground" fish pond in the 
back yard as well with wire over the top to protect any children from falling is as it is 18" deep.  
Hope you love goldfish! This 
house is very clean house and shows like a new house.  It sits on a very quiet cul-de-sac with great 
neighbors. Great for kids to play in or for you to enjoy your quiet neighborhood. 

It has a two car garage and has a soft water system that uses Potassium rather than salt.

This home is about 20 minutes from the Super Bowl Stadium, 1/2 hour from the airport and 45 minutes 
to an hour from Scottsdale.  Phoenix is a huge city!
