Off Season from $1800+

Application & Processing fee payble $ 85
Exit cleaning fee $100

Electric up to $100 included, anything above payable by Tenant.
A 30 day approval time applies to all rentals ( as per Condo Rules & Regulations)
Two week rentals are allowed from 1st April to 31st January.
High Season strictly 30 day rental only
