Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool and poolside lounging (for 6) and dining table on lower level 
along with two ensuite bedrooms and TV/sitting room.  Main (entry 
level) includes art-filled entryway; spacious living and dining 
rooms; large outside covered sala with unparalleled view of town, 
San Miguel's hillsides, the nearby Parque de Juarez, and the famed 
Parroquia; atrium with breakfast table; kitchen; laundry; carport 
and maid's bathroom.  Gated community of 14 homes provides clay 
tennis court and beautiful private  surroundings.

Activities and Attractions

This beautiful city has 300 years of history and a charm only found 
in Mexico's colonial cities. Casa Luisa is walking distance to 
everything; superb dining, shopping, art galleries.  Tennis; 
swimming in Casa Luisa pool; spa services nearby; golf; botanical 
garden; horseback riding.  Tours to local attractions including 
several natural hot-spring pools and nearby towns such as historic 
and beautiful Gueretaro; Dolores Hidalgo known for its pottery; 
Guanajuato, another town of architecture, history and art.  Casa 
Luisa is five-minute walk to Park Juarez and Sierra Nevada en el 
Parque. Ten minute walk to the center of San Miguel.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $2,400 USD per week for off-season (April 1 through 
December 1) and $2,800 USD for December 1 through end of March. 
Monthly rate $8,000. First tank of propane is provided for heating 
pool.  First fireplace of wood is provided.  Daily (except Sunday) 
maid service is included along with housemanager who lives two 
blocks away to care for pool, garden and other maintenance items.  
No children under 8 due to swimming pool.  No smoking.
