Vacation Rental Description

Our home is a young 3-bedroom house located on Point Sebago Resort  
on Lake Sebago, southern Maine's largest lake. This is less than 3  
hours from the Boston area. The house is part of a full service  
resort property.  
The house has a cathedral ceiling, second level with spiral  
staircase, gas fireplace,front porch and back deck with grill. It  
has a queen sized bed, master bedroom; a double bed in one bedroom;  
and 4 bunk beds (two are double bunks, two are single) in the other  
bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room. There are  
two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one down.  There is a firepit  
off the back deck. With the resort, this house is so much more than  
a house!

golf course, free tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, beach and lake  
access, free supervised adult and family organized activities, happy  
hours, free family entertainment, adult evening entertainment, and  
great fishing...plus winter ice skating and more!

Vacation Rental Rates

$1700 weekly rates (+ 7% Maine State sales tax) for the entire  
summer...weekends available June 13,14,15 and June 20,21,22 or fall 
Any weeks prior to June 23th or after September 1st will rent at  
$1500 per week.  
Rentals sell out each year so please act fast!! THANKS
