We are on Isla del Sol,one of the premier places near St. Pete Beach.
Your waterfront first floor Villa offers everything you want for your
Florida get-away.
We are not in a high rise, where you can just look at the water.  We are on the ground floor, and you can walk right off of your screened patio to
the water, just yards away. And it is not near the highway where you
are disturbed by traffic noise. It is on the water and the noises you
hear are the waves lapping on the shore, the flutter of sails from the
boats that go by and the swish of the dolphins as they swim by.
Your dream of a gorgeous waterfront view is here. Boca
Ciega Bay is right out front your door. Then there is just a 60 yard
walk to a heated waterfront swimming pool with a shaded Jacuzzi
whirlpool. Your unit has covered parking, across from the entrance to
your villa. And, all new kitchen appliances. Of course, there is
cable TV, and a high speed road runner connection is available.
In your master bedroom there is a view of the bay, a generous
queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, 32 inch Flat screen TV, and a private bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom
also has a queen bed, a large closet, a ceiling mounted TV and access
to a full bath with tub and shower just a private step away.
The kitchen is only 2 years new, new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator with in-door ice and water, new Corian counter top and sink. It is fully equipped to cook and serve 6. The Living room faces Boca Ciega Bay where you look at St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, the art Deco Don
Cesar hotel, a variety of sea birds and you will frequently spot
dolphins swimming.
The living room looks at the bay through double glass sliding doors
with bottom up and top down blinds, and has a 32 inchw TV, stereo, DVD
player, VCR, and available high speed internet connection.
Off the Living room is a tiled screened porch with new patio furniture.
The beautiful tropical grounds at Isla are meticulously maintained.
The waterfront pool area, has an over-size heated swimming pool,
Jacuzzi, bathrooms with showers, and plenty of lounge chairs.
Fishing is right out your door at a private fishing pier, (no license
needed) with fish cleaning station right on the pier. The
association offers a well equipped recreational room that includes
pool table, ping-pong table, game tables, and much more. There is a
social room with full kitchen facilities available for large group
gatherings.
Off the island, you will find Fort Desoto less than 10 minutes across
the bay. Fort Desoto was voted #1 of America's Top 10 Best Beaches in
the USA for 2005. Fort DeSoto State Park consists of world-class
beaches, camping, picnic areas, playgrounds, snack bars, fishing
piers, bicycling, skating paths, the original fort, etc. It is an
ideal, added treat that probably isn't duplicated anywhere else in
Florida.
St. Pete Beach is less than 5 minutes across the bay with
restaurants, shopping, a beautiful beach. There are a variety of
excellent restaurants and shops. Nearby is Tierra Verde, Madeira
Beach, Treasure Island and other quaint and unique surrounding beach
communities, each with it's own unique eating establishments and
shopping.
The city of Saint Petersburg is less that 20 minutes and offers it's
Pier, Baywalk, the arts, Museums, Symphonies, fishing, parks, and
shopping, most with easy parking.
Downtown Tampa and Sarasota are also nearby, and offer an assorted
entertainment venue. Orlando/Disney World are about a 2 hour drive,
and can be a day trip. Busch Gardens and an outstanding zoo are other area features.
Pets are not permitted, per condo association rules. No smoking allowed

bike and so on. All of this information and lots more is in a book in the condo for your
perusal and
use once you arrive.

Rental dates start at 3 PM on the first of each month, and end at noon
on the last day of the month.
January is $2695.00 per month 
February and March...$2900.00 per month
April...$1995.00.00 for the full month.
May, June, July, August and September   $1895.00 per month
October and November $1995.00 per month
December $2495.00 per month
We require a $300.00 deposit per month to reserve your stay. Payment in
full must be received 60 days prior to arrival, or your reservation will be
canceled, per the terms below. Payment must be by personal check or
paypal.
Your deposit will also be your security deposit and will be
refunded upon your departure inspection and key return, assuming there
is no damage and the inventory indicates that everything is there.
Unlike many others, we do not charge for cleaning, for association
fees or other miscellaneous expenses. However, we must add a 6.5%
Florida and county Tax to the above prices.

Refunds...Once the reservation fee/security deposit ($600.00)  is received, and until 90 days before your reservation starts, if you cancel this reservation, it will not be refunded. 

 If you cancel after 90 days prior to the start of your rental, and you have not yet paid the entire rental amount, your entire reservation fee/security deposit it will be forfeited.  If we have already received your rental payment, we will refund a portion of your security deposit (what ever you paid less a $100.00 administrative fee,) and refund any weeks we are able to rent during the time you had reserved at whatever rate we are able to rent the unit for.  This may not be the same amount you paid.  There will be a 10% fee of any refunded amount retained for administrative costs.  If we are not able to rent the unit, your entire payment will be kept.  We strongly recommend vacation insurance, which can be purchased for about $100 per month.
