Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Tarpon Cove, a  
private gated community in Naples, FL, of 38 Acres of lakes and  
preserves and 4 pools on the Gulf of Mexico.  The condo is a  
beautifully furnished, first floor corner unit with large master  
bedroom/bath and two additional good size bedrooms and bath.  Huge  
glass wall shower.  The master BR has king size bed and chaise  
lounge, the second BR has a queen size bed and the third BR has two  
twin beds.  Open floor plan living/dining room and Lanai with a  
fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher.  Large  
screened lanai porch overlooking pond with fountain. The separate  
laundry room has washer and dryer.  There is central air  
conditioning and heating; cable TV with VCR and DVD players.  
Broadband internet connection with WiFi.  All linens, BBQ and beach  
chairs are provided.  Please, there is no smoking allowed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Convenient water shuttle to and from secluded Gulf shore beach at  
Wiggins Pass.  Also includes membership to the Tarpon Cove Yacht &  
Racquet Club with its waterfront clubhouse and pool, Jacuzzi,  
private dining, marina, Har-tru tennis courts, and fitness center.   
Ideally located only minutes from excellent golf courses, fishing,  
sailing, cycling and jogging trails, restaurants and  shopping.   
Nearest airport is SW Florida Int'l at Ft Myers, about a 30-minute  
drive.   

Activities and Attractions

From morning strolls along the Gulf beach via the shuttleboat,  
gourmet lunches served to your lounge chair poolside, to evening  
happy hour at the fabulous Tiki bar to romantic sunset champagne  
cruises, this makes for a perfect vacation.  In addition, the condo  
is steps from the local pool and clubhouse.

Multiple months discount available.  One month minimum.  Additional  
transfer fees for use of Club house and water shuttle to beach and  
transfer fee for condo association. Total fees $200.
