Vacation Rental Description

Our spacious, fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans, 3 bedroom, 
2 Bathroom, heated pool home is situated in the sought after area of 
NW Bradenton just minutes from the sun drenched, white sand and 
turquiose seas of the beaches of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf Coast 
and within a 15 minute walk of De Soto National Park and the 
beautiful beaches of the Manatee River. The house is furnished to a 
high and comfortable standard throughout. 

Outside, at the rear, you will find a large private lanai with plenty 
of outdoor seating areas with comfortable loungers, chairs and tables 
along with a private enclosed heated swimming pool overlooking the 
lake and landscaped gardens.

You will find plenty of bathroom towels, spare bedding, 6 beach 
towels and beach chairs for you to use

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is an entrance hall, large lounge with Cable TV, VCR, DVD and 
CD player with plenty of comfortable seating with direct access 
through patio doors to the private heated covered pool with removable 
child safety barrier and lanai. Seperate Dining area with table and 
chairs to seat 6 people.
  
There are three bedrooms, a spacious Master Bedroom with King size 
bed and Cable TV with En-suite bathroom and walk in closet, Queen 
room and the third with Twin beds. Further bathroom.

There is a fully fitted Kitchen with all amenities including a 
microwave and Dishwasher and also a separate Laundry Room with a 
Washer and Dryer.  There is also a double garage.   

Activities and Attractions

Nearby facilities provide something for everyone, including Golf 
courses, Crazy Golf, Ten Pin Bowling,  Boat and jet Ski Hire, 
Parasailing, Tennis, Walking, Sun Bathing, Scuba Diving, Dolphin and 
Manatee watching, Moat Aquarium, Art Galleries, Theatres, Numerous 
Resturants and Discount Shopping Malls. 

Sarasota is approximately a 30 minute drive away and here you will 
find many exclusive boutiques and restuarants.  The Comedy Club in 
Sarasota is well worth a visit as is St Armands Circle for more 
designer Shopping ! 

The restaurants on Anna Maria Island also deserve a special mention.

Tampa is approximately 1 hours drive away where you can find Designer 
Malls, Discount Malls and Busch Gardens amongst many other things. 
Orlando with all her fantastic Theme Parks is around 2 hours drive 
away.

St Petes and Clearwater are easily reached by driving over the 
stunning Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
