Vacation Rental Description

Our vacation home has one (1) bedroom w/king size bed; a pullout  
sofa in the living room. A fully-equipped condo w/air cond.,  
washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, and a waterfront marina view. A putting  
green, private swimming pool for condo owners and guests are right  
outside the door.  
Located 5 miles north of P/V Airport, Paradise Village Beach Resort  
& Spa, is a five star resort elegantly seated on a luxurious expanse  
of shoreline, surrounded by shimmering waters and one or the most  
beautiful beaches in all of Mexico. Located 10 minutes north of PV;  
dining and outside function areas;3 spectacular pools, water sports  
and tennis. New 18 hole golf course. A great downtown and easy  
access to public transportation and taxis. Many things to do. Great!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, mixer, pots/pans,  
and dishes for four people. All bedding and bathroom linens 
dual air conditioners, ceiling fans, two televisions. Modern and  
very beautiful. Full management staff and 24 hour security.

Activities and Attractions

Marina Residence is a private condominium complex with approximately  
90 condos, all facing the marina. A short walk with take you to all  
the oceanfront activities. Water sports, pool activities (water  
aroebics, taquila volleyball, scupa lessons) two huge pool with  
jacuzzis, and a lap pool located by the tennis courts. Child care  
and kids activities, bingo, disco dancing, fiestas, restaurants,  
bars, golf, tennis, etc., great weather and walks on the beach;  
watch the sun rise from your condo in the a.m. and set at the beach  
in the evening. Take that second honeymoon; you won't regret it. A  
great place to take your family. Dinner cruises, especially "Rythm  
of the Night". Downtown is always a fun place to go during the  
day or at night for dinner shopping, and entertainment.
