Please add 11% Florida tax and $75.00 cleaning fee to all rates.

25% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining balance plus damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.

A 10% cancelation fee applies to all confirmed bookings. 25%
cancelation fee if made 45 days prior to weekly, 60 days prior to
monthly. No monies returned if canceled less than 30 days.
If renter leaves early NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. In the case
of a mandatory evacuation you will be required to leave the
premises. You will be given a credit towards future occupancy of the
condo for any days you are unable to occupy due to an official
evacuation.
